Leveraging a strong athletic background as a collegiate lacrosse player and referee, Brian brings a unique blend of expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking to youth sports development.

Coach Shoaf is a passionate and dedicated baseball coach with over six years of experience in coaching youth baseball and softball. A lifelong lover of the game, Coach Shoaf played high school baseball in Davidson County NC, where he developed a strong understanding of the fundamentals and teamwork that drive success both on and off the field.
Coach Shoaf is deeply committed to helping young athletes not only improve their skills, but also grow as individuals off the field.
Joe Ryan has a life-long love of baseball - as fan, player and coach alike. He played HS baseball locally at Charlotte Catholic (’98-’02) and passed the love of the game down to his two son’s, who he has coached since tee-ball.
Joe is committed to creating a positive team and instructional environment where the tools of the game can be learned, while strengthening a love of the game. He believes in developing the mental and physical sides of baseball together and teaching all phases of the game.
Josh Day brings a lifelong passion for baseball and a wealth of experience to the Lake Norman Bolts. A proud alumnus of South Caldwell High School, Josh was a standout player during his high school career and a member of the 2000 North Carolina American Legion State Championship team.
Continuing his baseball journey, Josh played at the collegiate level for Lenoir-Rhyne University, where he further developed his skills and deepened his understanding of the game.

Brooke McCraw, (previously Brooke Le Sage), has an impressive career in softball. She was a four-year starter at catcher for Long Beach State. After her collegiate career, she played on the Professional Fastpitch Xtreme Tour and with the NPF Carolina Diamonds.
As a coach Brooke worked as an assistant for the Filly’s Gold 18u and served as the defensive coordinator, hitting instructor, and catchers tutor at Winthrop. She was named the 2015 Conference Coach of the Year at Belmont Abbey College.
